Letter from Livingston to Washington (1775)
Handwritten letter from lieutenant colonel of the New York Line (and future Supreme Court Justice) Brockholst Livingston to George Washington. Livingston owned the farm land on which 180 Riverside Drive was later built. Letter Summary: Encloses a copy of the proceedings of the Court mentioned in a letter given Capt. Childs for Gen. Washington; since writing he has learned that the pay rolls that he had enclosed were incorrect; he will draw them anew and bring them the following Monday; has just received Gen. Washington's order by Col. Clinton and Maj. Schuyler; the colonel has just left and wishes him to stay till his return from New Windsor on the next Monday.

Prints will be scanned at the archives, and retouched by our artists to make them pixel-perfect. They will then be reprinted, trimmed, matted and framed to fit their custom sizes.
You should expect the final, framed print in 4-6 weeks. Because each print is custom researched, retouched, and framed, all sales are final.
